For one thing, all UTAU and VOCALOIDs are Japanese, and you don't seem very Japanese to me. And is your name Lun?
Another thing, even if you are Luna's voice provider, creator, bla bla bla, then it is not fair at all to restrain people from roleplaying as your character.
